Step 1

First locate the desired property

  1. Login to pdslive.com.au or sign up for a free trial if you do not have an account
  2. Click on the Search Menu tab within the navigation area.
  3. Use the search menu to find your relevant property

Step 2

Confirm the property attributes

  1. You should now be within the Property Report page
  2. Scroll down to the pricefinder application located under the Research tools on the left
  3. Simply confirm the property attributes are correct, then click ‘GO’

Please note: Pricefinder require correct property attributes to calculate a property price estimate. Please confirm the bedrooms, bathroom, carparks & property type are correct before proceeding. If these are incorrect or unknown, you can update these yourself by clicking on the pencil icon.

Step 3

Results

  1. An automatic pricefinder estimate will be returned instantly.
  2. Review this pricefinder estimate & probable range.
  3. To refine this estimate further using your local knowledge, click on ‘Refine Pricefinder Estimate’.
